Pink Saturday... my last Rodeo day and an award...

Thank you to Miss Beverly at How Sweet the Sound, who sponsors Pink Saturday every week. Please visit her blog and link to over 100 other participants who love pink and post it every Pink Saturday.

Saw this... Loved it... Bought it... Wore it... Turned it into an Award!
So don't forget to go over to my sidebar (or read my previous post) and pick up your award... that's right! Your award! You deserve it so just go right ahead and do it! Cowgirl Up!
This is the booth where I got my pink and tan boots last year... There they are! Right there on the bottom shelf... next to the pretty blue and tan... Hummmmmmm ... blue and tan boots... I'm likin' those too....
I loved this pretty pink purse... but had to pass it up, as I am currently overstocked on pretty purses and need to purge first... I frequently pass things up thinking... "if it's suppose to be mine I'll find it again..." and I usually do...
Lots of pretty Pink Cowgirl hats... but I've already got mine... just wanted you to see that Pink is everywhere at the Rodeo...
Bling-Bling... beautiful Pink belts with lots of silver and rhinestones... want one?
My favorite pink thing... this saddle... which matches my boots... Ricky reminded me that I no longer ride horses (arthritis), so a $1800 saddle was out of the question! LOL...
Hey, a cowgirl can dream can't she?
and my very favorite thing to EAT at the Rodeo... yep, I've already had it 3-times in the past two weeks... It's Pink! and it's yummy... full of carbs and calories... but hey... it's worth the splurge!

Yep...
delicious Pink Cotton Candy... yum!
Takin' a break from the party... down here in French Lique...

A girl still loves pink, even if she is a cowgirl and not a girly girl all satin and lace

Hello there! Yesterday during 'Happy Hour' where I volunteer we had an amazing trio of bluegrass performers. After the performance I asked if they had a CD and ended up buying one for $10! One of the songs on it is 'Cowgirl Up' and made me think of you!

Happy PS! Never thought one would see so much pink at a rodeo. We don't see many rodeo's around here, but I have to admit that I can appreciate looking at a cowboy :0). Something about their hat :0)
Enjoy your day!

Well, thank you for the award. You are so nice to do this for all of us.

Now, I am thinking I would like that purse. I am in need of going purse shopping. How long do you think it will take me to get to that store? ;-)

Happy Pink Saturday, Dixie.

Enjoyed these pinks. Sorry about the arthritis. Really sorry. I've had to stop some things I like due to it. I think I've abused my body. Have a great Sunday.

Fresh pink cotton candy--it just doesn't get any better than that. Love your new award, too. I've never had an award so I think I'll just grab it.

Have a good weekend, Dixie!

Love all the pink here. Cotton candy - I haven't eaten any of that in many years. I would like to have some right now. Love the picture of it being spun.
The post about the elderly couple on your other blog is so sweet. Thank you for sharing it with us.
