My first Pink Saturday! Why did it take me so long?

As Julia Roberts said in Steel Magnolias: "Pink IS my signature color"... and I use that phrase all the time. I love pink. I love pink flowers, pink pillows, pink handbags, pink poodles... you name it... if it comes in pink, I love it. So why did it take me soooo long to find Pink Saturday? I just don't know... but hey, I'm here now, and I'm stayin'!

For my first contribution to Pink Saturday I offer this little vignette of some of my favorite things pink.

From left to right...

Queen Anne teacup with Pink Roses... antique shop find Dallas, TX...

Pink framed key holes... antique shop find Old Downtown Carrollton, TX

Handcrafted pillow with Pink bark cloth roses and Urbangardens fabric trim ... favorite eBay seller Madeintahoe

Pink ceramic "the right shoe"... garage sale find Magee, MS

Pink voile Christmas tree circa 1940... gift shop/antique store Hot Springs, AR

Pink gingham napkin... Marshall's

Pink silk rose... a gift from favorite eBay fabric seller Susan at Urbangardens

Pink tole tray... estate auction Seguin, TX

Pink chair... purchased brown from garage sale Elmendorf, TX... painted pink by me... ;)

No matter how far we go, we always come back with something pink to French Lique...

Welcome to your first Pink Saturday, Dixie. I am glad you found us.

Your vignette is perfect, and I love the framed key holes. I have a few keys that I have been meaning to frame, but I just never seem to get around to it.

Back when I was a little girl and would visit Nursing Homes to sing for the patients, there was a "Pink Lady" who only wore pink. I always loved the idea of a signature color. Unfortunately, I like variation too much! Welcome to Pink Saturday! I enjoyed your post!

Okay, where do I start??? I guess with Pink Saturday - LOVE your tray of goodies, very sweet!

The poodles - I had a little boy, white like yours named Max, and when he got hme from the groomers, he pranced for a week, lol! I still miss him.

And last - love your choice of music, I'm a Taylor Swift fan myself - a remarkable young lady.

I'm adding you to my blog roll, gotta keep up with you now! Blessings, Becky G.
