Hello Kitty and Oh No! Panda... on Pink Saturday...

Welcome to Pink Saturday in French Lique... If you'd like to see other Pink Saturday posts, visit Miss Beverly's Blog, "How Sweet the Sound" by clicking on the Pink Saturday here...

For my 2008 birthday post, I was searching the internet for photos of fire extinguishers... you know, to extinguish the candles... any way, I ran across this picture of Hello Kitty extinguishers...can you believe Pink fire extinguishers?!

and then earlier this week, I found this photo among the "most emailed photos on Yahoo!"... this pretty Pink (and blue) Hello Kitty maternity ward and nursery in Japan... I want one in Texas now... If my friend, Isabelle of Isabelle's European Day Spa in San Antonio sees this... she may move to Japan to have a new baby! She LOVES Hello Kitty... and I do mean LOVES! Then I ran across something sweet and funny... A couple of years ago, the Panda decided to give herself a manicure.... actually she decided on a mani and a pedi... she's her grandmother's girl for sure! Of course she chose her favorite nail color... PINK!
Enjoying a busy but blissful Pink Saturday, down here in French Lique!

Dixie,
that is just sooo sweet...I think she needs just a few more years of coordination before she's ready to open shop, though...but she's motivated and that is good...lol
have a beautiful saturday....is it your birthday today or you were just referring to that post....because I sure would not want to let the day pass without wishing one sweet lady, Happy Birthday.
hugs

Oh.my.goodness. I have to send a link of this post to my dh's little sister. She loves Hello Kitty, always has since she was a little girl. I still buy her HK stuff and she's in her late twenties!

I love the nails. Reminds me of when my oldest was little. I sold Avon at the time, and she was such a girly girl! She would ask me the names of the new colors I would order for demos and then pick her favorite pink. Before she was two, she'd be touting the new colors to my customers (who were sad if I *didn't* bring her!). I can still hear her requesting the color "Sea Rose" in her little voice!

Have a good weekend, Dixie!

And it was so bad that TWO fire extinguishers were in order? LOL LOL

Ms Dixie..I dare say that with all the cuteness being unearthed over here today, the spa day of color polish has got to be the best!

That's just adorable!

Oh bless her heart!

It's a lot of detail work doing one's toes...I definitely paint "out of the lines" a lot myself. ;o)
