  8. Love your pictures, they show true friends.
Thanks for the comment. These girls are first cousins, and they are best friends, the blond lives in Wesson and the dark haired one lives in Richland, an hour apart, but they call ecah other ever other night. And hug like they haven't seen each other in a year when they get together.

  34. We need to have a "Girls in the area" gathering at one of Wimbereley's Market Days. (first Sat-Sun of each month.
Was in Austin yesterday (son attending ACC) so I stopped by TJ MAXX and Ross. Birdies came from Ross. Been reading about ladies finding pretty things at TJ and I had never been in one. Ross was several doors down. Also got a metal thingy to do a treatment over my bed. Will be a Morph Monday post soon.
So let's make a list of local ladies and plan a date!
    WOO-HOO! RAIN!!! Candy

  35. Dixie,

My apologies - I've been forgetting to comment after I link up on Wednesdays! You are so sweet to host WW and to visit everyone and comment. I love your friend pics, especially the little boy and his dog. But, I'm partial to little boys anyway. And yes, I do love mine more than words can say! Hope you are having a blessed Thursday!

  37. Hi again Dixie. Hey I really use that roaster vintage or not. I bought it last year on CL and it cooks the best turkey ever. I wanted my husband to put it in the shed till I needed it again and of course he didn't so I decided to use it as a planter till I need it again! Any chance you could come to our sale If you're near SA you're close. Email me if you are and I'll send directions. Nancy

  38. Great friends photos, Dixie! I like the puppies, but I'm a big dog lover. :-)

I want to join you at some point. Do we know in advance what you're posting for the following Wednesday? And is it okay to do it sporadically?

    Thanks,

    Sheila :-)

I was very humbled that you posted my Sunday post on your Sunday blog. Thank you. I try to honor the Lord, and I like to know I was able to do that. Hugs.

  39. What darling pictures of friends. Your music is beautiful and I know how you feel about the rain you posted about on your other blog. We don't see a lot of rain around here and we are always thankful when it comes down.
    Blessings,
