  3. Thank you so much for hosting this event!!! This is my first time to participate and I am really looking forward to it!!! Peonies are my favorite flower...always have been and always will be!!! I love them!!!

    I have been following your blog for some time and I really enjoy it!!! I am a Texan too. We live in north Texas and have a place in the hill country. As soon as life allows that is where we will live.

  6. Peonies - I wish they grew here. When I went to Ohio as a newlywed I was amazed at the size of the "roses" which were peonies I soon learned! Have a wonderful Wednesday. Shhhh. Nancy

  13. I love all of the flowers, Dixie. The peony is also my favorite. They remind me of Memorial Day, as they are what we would gather to take to the cemetary when I was a kid!

  18. Peonies and dogwood are some of my favorites too. I love a good geranium too but didn't get to that when I picked mine, there are just so many great flowers and I am not a girly girl either!
